The owner is a bit snarky at times, however I have had no problems with him in my 11 years of buying games from them. The only complaint I could possibly give is that I have to wait sometimes 5 minutes or so for them to help me, that's a nearly redundant gripe though.

Best selection, friendly staff, many consoles on sale, imports, DVDs, chords, and even the option of getting your disc resurfaced for a 5 dollar fee; the place has it all.

I recommend this place.

I traded my platinum gamecube with 3 other no name brand controller a nintendo memory card soul calibur 2 resident evil 1 and on top of that a 20 dollar cash for only the PS2 with cut up wire which I had to exchange. I felt riped off. Because at first the owner said he would give me the PS2 for the gamecube with 2 controllers and soul calibur 2 which just got released. Then after he changed his mind. I really really felt he lied to me and ripped me off. He is going to denied this. The lady said all the trade is good enough he demended 20 dollars more. It has been so long now. I was naive. he smiled really good about it all!!!!!!!!.

5 out of 27 people found this review helpful. Ok I hear alot of good things about this place. How ever I went in to trade some games. I didn't want all my games to just be 5 dollars a trade. Because I could get 10 dollars at EBgames. I just wanted one items from the store. So I said "I will give one game on top of the rest of the money for the item I wanted" Guess what. The owner of that place gave me attitude. He said "You know, why don't you take your games back" I was like what? I just needed one thing and was willing to give one of my games. But that wasn't good enough. That man wanted me to give all of my games. He scared me. Yes this was the one one bloor and younge. He is racist. I was shaking at the end. I hear this good things about this store. So I decided to give it a shot. He got issues. He stupid wife was there laughing at the whole thing. Why dont' you STFU. He gave me a dirty look after he said "That it back, I don't want it." Mother F. He was really rude. I never had any incident like this ever in my whole intire life at a game store. It just happened today. I dont' know his problem at all. I was around the area looking to buy somethings. I don't want to shut up about this. I did nothing to him. A normal customer just go in to buy gaming stuff. I feel very angry and sad at the same time. This feeling I have I could cry. At the end I came for what I wanted. I was happy to get what I needed but was not very happy on how I got it. I am not happy at all. I thought if I didn't want to sell all of my games I didn't have to. It felt like he was forcing me to. He even said take it or leave it. I thought I was going to get more out of my games. But I didn't so I decided to just trade what I needed to get what I wanted. And I did adventually get what I wanted. I have never argued with anyone at a game store before. I have traded planty of time my old games for new ones or for cash. even after 3 hours I am still shaky. And angry and sad. There is a policy there after you trade you have to fill in your name adress phone number. I felt nerves about filling any of those things. I didn't want really. If I'd say I would give him cash instead which I should of done. He might give me attitude again. But when I trade something at a game store I trade it. I know where I am from my country isn't rich like canada. My parents incourage me to do what is right in the society. I didnt' want to pick any fight with anyone in the community. Especailly not a man that can hurt me bad. AFter he agreed to trade I just became silent.
I do not recommend this place.
