To date, still have not received the gift certificate nor does the tracking state the mode in which it was to be delivered. Sadly, an on-line order from the USA was received at my door in 3 days. If you like mass produced clothes that every other person on the street wears then it's ok. If you do not like having logos than it is definitely not for you. Also it is only casual clothing from what I noticed. All the clothing looked the same to me ... The store was very dark... how can one see what they are really getting? Yes intimate atmosphere but remember EVERYONE and EVERYTHING looks better in dim light. It was also too crowded. No one approached me from their associates, they rather seemed more interested in their walkie-talkies. I do not think this is a good store to shop. I do not recommend this place. PROS: I agree w/ the other person, they have really nice tees/tops, the service is very good and they hire young good-looking people in general. CONS: Their music is always blasting so it gets annoying if you wanna spend more time in store trying clothes on and stuff, I feel really awkward having to yell at the saleperson when asking questions, and I kinda like the dim lighting in the store but it's very dark inside the fitting room as well. WARNING!!!! I just bought something from their online store. I just want to warn everyone that the shipping rates listed on their website are totally inaccurate. I bought one tank top, but was charged $19.95 for shipping instead of $10.95 listed on their website. It's just ridiculous, I can buy another top for 20 bucks. Watch out for the hidden costs!!!!! I had no idea if this was a clothing store that was closed or a restaurant. I walked in. I found that the place was way to dark and the tables and plants were too close together, so when customers came in..it got really crowded. The staff was quite young but very friendly and knowledgeable. Clothes and price weren't any different than shopping anywhere else. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? 	6 out of 7 people found this review helpful. I did like the hollister clothes. I am young,so it is the cool thing to wear. I like abercrombie clothes also, and hollister is just about the same. However, hollister is soooooo much more inexpensive than abercrombie, but a lil pricey still.In abercrombie, a tee shirt on sale is 20 dollars. in hollister, its 9 dollars.the sizing is better also. however,it is a little dark in there, the music is too loud and in is wayy too crowded. but if u end up happy with ur clothers, it worth it right??? 	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. i love this store!!! it is sooo cool i bought a whole bunch of stuff there and i love the loud music and dim lights all the workers there are really good-looking and young (in there teens) and all the clothes are inexpensive and cool, i love it there are girls and boys clothe splus fragrances, jewelry and a tv on the wall displaying the surfing at some beach in california its an actual camera located there.i just love this store sooo much and i love in nova scotia nad i went to visit family in toronto and i went shopping and on of the store i went to was hollister & co., in the eaton center. its so cool!
