I'm aware of their poor customer service,sometimes they do ignore you or pretending not hearing you,their prices are way over board,not unless is unique/or I felt crazy about the product I might buy it???Over all they are luxury,name brand items,beautiful store. Too far away where I live,the last time I came here last Summer of 2006 because of my nephews from Italy visited us here,They did bought Shirt,shoes,etc. here. I recommend this place. I'm not so complaining about the mall... but more or less about Holt Renfrew customer service there. Because I wore jeans and a t-shirt, I felt as I was not treated like a potential buyer. I wasn't helped, and when I did, the dude would always look around to help others. So to prove something, I asked another sales person to help me, and I said, I'll get this wallet, heres my gold card, pack it up for me, I'm in a rush.
