I love this Indigo on the corner of Bay and Bloor because it is so large, open very late and always full of helpful staff.. oh yeah and don't forget the wonderful Starbucks in the centre of it all. Great place to go - its like sudden tranquility in the midst of madness. Staff are nice, Starbucks is located inside (good or bad depending on how you see it), and there are two levels of books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, and other odd trinkets. I recommend this place.
