kikiwai anime co has earned my business with it's spotless performance. I have purchased a considerable amount of manga and ost music from them recently and the service has been great. The only phone call I had to make was one time for verification purposes, which was for an item that they were importing for me (yes that's right if u have something from japan/asia that u want, they would gladly import it for u). This was handled quickly and easily and too be honest, I'm glad they put in the effort to help out their customers with any questions they may have regarding to in store items and imports.I should mention that all items arrived on time and undamaged. Info was provided automatically or by for phone. Kikiwai has a good reputation, and from my experience that reputation is well deserved.
