For starters Lush is just way too perfumed for my taste -- you can smell on the sidewalk it when you walk by. Down with scent pollution! I did venture in at one point and bought several products (because I'm a sucker for something new.) The shampoo bars are pretty good, but I had to return a pricey moisturizing hair conditioner that just didn't moisturize. Their marketing is amazing though. You feel like a real nature bunny by the time you walk out (although your nose will be completely overloaded.)
