We have dinned with Millenium for lunch and use thier catering services. Today when I placed a catering order I was enthusiastically directed to "The Catering Doctor" - a spontaneous comment by the young woman at the cash machine that ignited the entire staff into giggles. The friendliness of the staff cannot be overstated - a fresh and healthy experience in the Toronto scene! It's a great pairing - fresh friendly faces with food that is somehow as delcious as it is simple (not over-processed, over-sauced, over-salted or contrived in any way). My favorite is the protien salad! Sooo many colorful veggies and fruits, with REAL chiken and tuna, boiled egg, chik peas and a sampling of tasty sides from thier delicious salad bar.
