Who is Mitchell Family Books?
R.G. Mitchell Family Books is both a distributor and retailer of Christian material in Canada. Our wholesale division represents more than 40 American and British publishers in Canada and sells their products in markets from coast to coast. Our retail division is made up of 5 stores in the Southern Ontario region. We are proud to service the Niagara Region through our St Catharines store, the Kitchener-Waterloo region through our Kitchener store and the Greater Toronto Area through our Whitby store in the east, our Etobicoke store in the west and through our Willowdale flagship store in the north.

How Shipping Works
Where will MFB ship?
Currently orders placed on the MFB Website can only be shipped to Canadian addresses. In the future we hope to expand this service.

How will MFB ship my order?
All orders placed on the MFB Website will ship from Ontario to you via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.

What are the shipping costs involved?
Orders less than $40* $4.00 per order, plus $2.00 for each item
Orders greater than $40* Free
* Pre-tax order value

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated arrival time is 2 - 6 business days from the date of shipment.

Item Availability verses Shipping Time?
Item Availability is the approximate time that it will take MFB to ship your product from their warehouse. For example, “Usually Ships in 48hrs” means that your product should leave MFB’s warehouse in Ontario within 2 business days.

Shipping Time is how long it will take to be delivered to you from the date in which it was shipped from MFB’s warehouse.

What if items are missing from my order?
First, check the packing slip that came with your order to make sure the items were shipped. It could be that the items were not in stock and will be shipped to you at a later date when it arrives at MFB.

If the items do show shipped on your packing slip, please email us at webinfo@rgm.ca , include your order number and the ISBN’s of the missing items and we will track the shipment.

If you received the incorrect item?
Please follow the Returns & Exchange Procedure.

We shopped here as group of friends most of the time,we take turned who will be in charge for transportation,wide varieties of christian reading materials,musics,movies,collectable items,novelties/souvenir's,coffee mug.Excellent customer service.
