If you want bad service; salespeople not telling the truth about furniture; a dirty store and a customer service department that pays no attention and a store manager that has two moods; bad and worse. If you want to buy poor quality furniture at high prices, wait forever for delivery and then cannot get any problem fixed, then this is the place for you. Stay away

I went to Mobilia at Dundas and Dixie as I was told they had high quality furniture and excellent service. On looking around the store (which is beautiful at first glance), I noticed that the store was filthy dirty. Dusk caked on every table, bedroom set and coffee tables; floor dirty, carpets not cleaned and the bathrooms were disgusting. This is the first "flag" that a store is not right. I was approached by a salesman. He looked like he should be a hot-dog vendor. Wearing a golf jersey, unpressed pants and shoes that looked like they had never been cleaned, this over-weight slob seemed to be insulted at every question he asked and he lied and lied. A set of furniture made in China, according to him was made in Italy. Furniture on display was damaged, scratched or falling apart. Not to my surprise, a customer was trying to explain his problem only to have the manager tell him, "too bad". Other salespeople were on the phone arguing with customers over late deliveries. 6 months no furniture. Mobilia failed to deliver on 4 guaranteed dates. Run around. Can't come up with the product. Refusal to refund deposit. Same threat of restocking fee. Unprofessional. Poor service. Totally unacountable. You're better off throwing your money out the window than gambling on their non existant vaporware.

Avoid Mobilia at all cost! Horrible service! I would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. When they were delayed in delivering my furniture I asked them to cancel the order because I do need the furniture immediately. They refused to do a complete refund and wanted to take 20% of the price!!! The manager of the store was EXTREMELY rude!!

Stay away from this retailer. They have longer delivery terms than one can even imagine (I'm talking about 8-12 weeks) and even so they don't manage to deliver on time. They have no consideration whatsoever for the customer. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your money at Mobilia. I wish I had read these reviews before I went to purchase anything from them.

Their customer services is the worst I have ever experienced. Long delivery times and when they do deliver, the item is damaged or the parts are missing. To make matters worse, if you try to cancel for non-delivery they slap a 20% restocking charge. NEVER buy from this company.

Worst after sakes service i have ever had.no phone calls EVER returned by company and no one wants to take responsibility for any mistakes. Extremely poor service.
