When returning stuff, there's very little hassle. My boyfriend got a store credit on a 3-year old backpack due to a defect that lead to its demise.

The store does have climbing wall to properly test any climbing gear, or free-weights to test out a backpack you're fitting. Note that it does get busy during the peak times, so it's best to go off-peak if you have a lot of questions or need to do fittings or need extra time with any staff member.

I recommend this place.

I do not recommend this place.

3 out of 6 people found this review helpful. This is a very nice place to shop. I could easily spend 2 hours there, checking out the backpack, the outfits, any gears from rockclimbing to birdwatching.
I recommend this place.
