	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Butcher and deli selections are great, but produce is absolutely gross! I used to rely on Nunzio's (more when it was Bruno's) for produce when having a party etc. -- expensive but good selection and quality. The prices haven't changed but the quality has. Saturday I bought mixed greens to make a salad for a party that night. When I started putting the salad together, found a lot of black and rotting greens and barely made use of 1/3 of what I bought. Only when I went to throw out what was left did I discover that the salad mix I bought on July 21 was "best before" July 16 -- my bad for not checking, but it should not have been on the shelf 5 DAYS after the best before date.... shame! Tomatoes bought the same day were already wrinkling (couldn't see because they were in a plastic container).... oranges were dry and flavourless. I will never shop at Nunzio's again.
