You may be paying extra, and you may be able to find some of the stuff elsewhere, cheaper, however this store has a great collection of small scaled furniture perfect for condos & small houses. Delivery of upholstered goods is extraordinarily long. 12 weeks? Crazy! Anyway, because you will be paying more for your furniture, make sure you avail yourself of the very good advice and ideas that the talented sales people can provide. They really make the store. So its selection & talented decor staff. They even helped me select wall colours. p.s. I'm wondering who the serial reviewer of Pavillion aka "Hrd2find" is? I suspect its the store owner masquerading as a shopper to get his star count higher!!! ;) Transparent, but glad to see he's reading reviews. Hey Hrd2find - fix the delivery dates (you can't seriously expect people to wait 3 months for their furniture) and watch your prices...you'll crush the competition if you charge the same or cheaper. For instance - 2 doors down they're selling bellini chairs for cheaper.

We purchased an entertainment unit from this store in the summer and were promised it by the end of Sept. Weeks dragged by and the staff kept saying "one more week" ,"oh next week" etc etc. Finally it was NOVEMBER and it still hadn't arrived!! We then called the owner to discuss the issue and she couldn't handle it!! She was rude, arrogant, defensive and hung up the phone on us twice! Then on the day the unit arrived (almost 14 weeks after the order date!), she refunded our order with out us asking and sold the unit to someone else!!!! This store is run by a woman who clearly lacks judgement and good business sense! I can't imagine they'll be succesful since Customer Service and satisfaction is not a clearly not a priority and the owner is incapable of handling issues. We took our business elsewhere after that and hope you'll do the same!
