Phil's Bootery right on Bloor West Village is a great place to spend an afternoon.It is definitely a baby friendly neighbourhood and most of the shops are family friendly.They do carry high end(European style)and popular name brand shoes.

I shopped here many times when my children attended Summer Camp right at Runnymede area,after I picked them up,we went straight to this boutique store very exclusives shoe store with unique selections for children & ladies shoes,affordable prices,very friendly staff.It is a little bit far for me to shop for a shoe.

I recommend this place.
