They were helpful in helping me pick out two bras, one was $175 the other was $115.00 The Cotton Club bra was $175.00 and it fell apart in less than two months, it looked like the foam had been punctured, there was no way I could wear it under a fitted top as it would show through. I took it back to have them explain and replace it, and was told by the Cotton Club dealer that I must have washed it in the machine and put it in the dryer, you know women do crazy things. I know for a fact that I did not wash it in the machine or dryer, and I always washed it with other bras including Calvin Klein and Gap bras (around $60.00) anyway, they were not willing to help me at all and just kept stressing that this never happens. If the bra went in the dryer, don't you think the wires would have been damaged as well? not just the foam? I would much rather by a bra at Holts or the Bay where I know I can get full service, even after I make my purchase.
I do not recommend this place.
