You've put locks on the dressing room doors! This is pretty insulting to your customers.First you made it more difficult to get to the dressing rooms by lining up a phalanx of racks. And now this. I've shopped at your store for years and donated lots of stuff. Your assumption that everyone's out to steal from you is very offensive.Shame on you for your disdain for your customers.

I do not recommend this place.

This is the only Value Village on the Bloor Subway line, and pretty much the only one that can be considered "downtown". It's not quite as massive as its suburbian counterparts, but it's still impressively large for the city.

The selection is standard value village fare, but injected with cultural variety--the nice thing about Toronto. The clothing and housewares sections are always laced with items from overseas, India and Burma especially.

Since thrift-ing is best when you make a day of it, don't forget that there's a pretty good Salvation Army just to the east at Bloor and Emerson.

I recommend this place.
