Wow, I am on my way to the store from Pickering and I call to check to see if the books i need is in stock. I am still in shock as I turn around and head of to Chapters instead. The guy that answered the phone was sarcastic and rude.I mean at one point when I asked for clarification of the suggestions he made he was anoyed that he had to repeat himself and actually made reference to that.
Wow i guess I won't be going there again. To bad I heard some great things about this place.

I do not recommend this place.

A very large selection of every kind of book and magazine available. Also has a section for music at their upper level.

Just last night I went there and spent a good 3 hours browsing through their Fiction books, Food books, and Magazines.

For anyone thinking of going there in the near future, never ever miss their discount racks!

I recommend this place.
