Super cute pet boutique. Great service, never had problems with custom orders or with products. Always helpful. In a very cute neighbourhood of the city. Highly recommended.

Very Poor Service. Owner Chloe never returns your calls, you have to chase her down. Says order will be coming in a certain date (2 weeks wait, after I put a deposit), and doesn't even call you to let you know order will be delayed. No follow ups, no phone calls to let you know what's going on. Very bad service for a small retail store. With a store that size she should be able to provide incerdibe customer service. I'll be surprised if her business ever expands. I don't recommend this store.
