At first, I was impressed with the service. However, I soon learned that every employee had a different opinion, contradicting the others. One product or another, one coat or two, wait one year or not.....it was a crap shoot as to whose advice to follow. It meant that my project failed, and I wasted valuable time and money. When i brought this to the owner's attention, her response was that all opinions were valid. My opinion: Never again at Reim.

The best paint store I have ever been to. No more 'big box' stores for me! The service and expertise was phenomenal.
