Rockport store is nice,modern interior,good quality expensive shoes.The selection is excellent,soothing color of shoes,But I had a bad experienced with Sales staff are unhelpful & very serious faces to look at. 	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Walking into the Rockport store is so relaxing; no loud music, wild colours or chaos to distract and irritate you. With it's airy feel and soothing blues and greens, it reminds me of being on a Caribbean Island. Sales staff are polite and very patient, serving customers as long as it takes to get the correct shoe(s). The selection is excellent. If your size isn't available, they are usually able to get it from another Rockport location. All in all, a very positive shopping experience. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
