I love their products but the service is abysmal. I hate being hit on by everyone but on the other hand would like to have a salesclerk ask if they could help! They are more interested in standing around talking! I am a sucker for products and would have bought more but with no interest, I walked in, got what I wanted and left.

The store was messy, all the samples were smeared or empty. The products that I was there for were out of stock, again. The music was blaring, making it hard to carry on a conversation with my daughter. Your low pressure sales tactics were very obvious as not one sales person came near us or would make eye contact with us. We were there, from out of town, wanting to spend money. We left the store empty handed, your loss.

I went to this store one day to return 3 things and to purchase an item. The sales associate was rude. I don't think she knew how to work the cash register because she rang in each returned item seperately and everytime she would give my money back, she dropped it. And she kept everyone waiting behind me wait longer by filling out return forms for each item when I had my money ready for the item I wanted to get. Horrible service, I've had WAY better service at other Sephoras.
