My Fiance bought my ring there and it is 14k white gold, I took it back to be re-sized and asked Spence their policy when it turns yellow, which ALL white gold will do.. they have a 5 year guarantee on all of their rings, I can bring it back anytime to have it checked, cleaned, re-sized or re-plated for free. I had a good experience in buying the ring with my fiance, but nobody told me that my ring would turn yellow after only 6 months (it's 14k white gold) and that this would not be covered under their gaurantee. Instead I would have to bring it back to the store and pay for it to be done and be with out my ring for 10 days or so. I have read other reviews where their 10 days or so turned into months!! I will never shop there again...I'd rather go somewhere where you can at least purchase an extended warranty to cover certain items rather than being uninformed and unsatisfied by Spence!
