14 out of 15 people found this review helpful. Thanks wgpobre for the review, I thought I was the only one being screwed around by these people, I swear monkeys have a better sense of organization, and possibly better service.
I do not recommend this place.

18 out of 19 people found this review helpful. I guess there's more than just me.....

I bought my couches in October/05, upon delivery the guys smashed my couch into the door frame bending the frame and ripping the fabric, then laughing about it. when I went into the store they wouldn't refund my money or admit that it was broken. they told me that the couch was discontinued( did I mention when I bought it that the sales guy said it was a brand new model). they offered me the floor model as a replacement.
we made service calls to them continuously, but until july of 2007 they finally admitted to it being broken. they were supposed to order parts they said would take 6 weeks. 6 months later they finally come in. we moved to a different city in december, they were supposed to come on the 1st to repair it, but on that day they called to inform me they don't service my area and would have to contact another store. it is now jbune/08, the finaly took my couch in 2 weeks ago to repair pair.... Oh wait I still havn't received my couch and they lost the parts for it. They have to re-oreder the parts which will take another 6 months.. And all I get is one excuse after another. they won't refund our money they won't fix our couches, did I mention we have a 5 year warranty which so far has been useless considering no repairs have been made. Oh and they can't extend warranties even though they don't follow through with your contract.
so there goes $3600 down the drain..... what a waste of time and money.
when we bough our dishwasher from Sears and our washer and dryer from Leons, they treated us like gold, they don't screw around and if you have a problem they fix it. Do I recommend the brick..... Hell no I would rather shop at the salvation army for my furniture... atleast there I know I will get better service.

I do not recommend this place.
