I must say that I worked for Garage for a while. It was the most unorganized place I've ever worked for. I'm not sure if it's because the company has expanded so quickly that it doesn't have time to listen to what's going on at the individual store level or not, BUT having said that, I can say this...the company itself does teach and train it's employees to please the customer. In fact the company is so customer focused that it often forgets to reward it's employees for good customer service vs. high sales. They teach the young women in those stores to work hard, to sell hard and to please the customer. So, if you had a bad experience, I would address it to her manager, not another manager, or another company or a friend...Let her manager know so she can be coached appropriatly and held accountable.
