First, I've never encountered poor service in the 2 years I've been going to this store. Whether I was buying paper to cover a window or make invitations, I've been consistently amazed at the level of knowledge of the staff. Secondly, I'm appalled that "Katherine" felt compelled to physically describe the person that dealt with her in an attempt to make her a target of ridicule. That's tasteless and shows a very mean spirit that is not in keeping at all with the imaginative and creative feelings this store instills from the window displays to the unique offerings.I feel sorry for the lady who could not seeminglyl shake the chip of her shoulder and not take buying paper so seriously. I would recommend anyone who wants a tasteful dose of colour and creativity along with some fantastic gift ideas to visit this store. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? The staff are super friendly and are always able to answer all of my questions. I first went in to buy paper to make my own wedding invitations - which turned out beautifully by the way! - and now it's the first place I go to get really great presents or stationery, or just when I need a little "pick-me-up".
