Valumart is tucked away at the bottom of the Manulife Centre, in a very obscure and out of the way place (past LCBO and Pharma Plus). I worked in the Manulife Centre for weeks before I discovered it was there. I was so glad I did because they offer a nice collection of organic produce, cheeses, frozen seafood, etc, etc, and at much cheaper prices then their local grocery competitors (Rabba, Whole Foods, Pusateri's). They also have a sushi kiosk with brown rice options, you will be pleasantly surprised with the variety they have housed in such a small store. Located sort of out the way under the Manulife centre, it is well stocked and is a lot bigger than it looks. Worth doing quick grocery shopping if you live nearby.
