For the item which cost $2200 they requested the shipping in 1.5 times more then the actual shipping cost is. It took them 3 business days to just make credit card transaction. On the email why it took so long to do that they just send a rude reply. They NEVER give you the shipping tracking number for your item and after they have charged your credit card you will NEVER get response on your emails from them. To receive the shipment without a tracking number is NIGHTMARE b/c you may not be at home and delivery man will not left a notice. The bottom line is DO NOT BOTHER with this company. I love their photofinishing - I don't get my photo's printed anywhere else anymore because I really notice the difference and can't stand low quality prints. I recommend this place.
