Upon first walking into the store I thought that I was in heaven. Within a few minutes I was introduced to my sales lady, Lina. She was nothing but rude from the moment I introduced myself and my bridesmaid that was with me was shocked at her behaviour as well. She informed me that I was only allowed to try on 6 dresses max. and upon trying each one she was pressuring me to like them even when I did not. She quickly changed her tune when I told her that I was wanting to purchase a dress that day and allowed me to try on more dresses. I opted not to and left the store knowing that even if I did find the dress of my dreams I would not purchase it there due to the poor service I received.

BRIDES-TO-BE BEWARE!!! I bought my gown and all my bridesmaids dresses from this store, and it was a nightmare from the moment they put through the sale. I wouldn't wish anyone the hassle I went through with these people. Not only is the customer service all but non-existant, they scam you into paying for all these hidden costs. Here's a taste: 1) They say the dresses are custom ordered to size, but they don't order the dresses to the measurements they take just so that they can charge you ridiculous alteration costs that they pull out of nowhere. 2) They don't itemize their invoices, so you have no idea what you're paying for. I had to argue with them until they wrote down what I was being charged for every time I went into the store. 3) They "forget" to order your dress and then make you pay extra to do a "rush" order cause they know your choices are limited by then. 4) The manager is rude and sarcastic to the point that you're afraid to even speak to him in case he bites your head off. He yells at the staff and belittles them IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS! 5) They screw up your dress and then tell you "it was meant to be like that." Can you believe it? My first fitting was supposed to be a beautiful experience, instead both my Mom and I wanted to just run away. It was horrible. Please, go somewhere else -- your bridal shopping experience is meant to me memorable in a positive way -- if you shop here, it'll be a nightmare! I do not recommend this place. Just found the gown of my dreams there! And I didn't wait at all (maybe 'cause I got there early?). Like *10 times* the selection of the other salons I went to. Great prices, great service! Definitely recommend you go there before buying elsewhere!

I loved it! The staff was knowledgeable! The prices are great! The selection is huge. Ask for Kathy, she was fabulous! I recommend Windsor Bridal to all Brides To Be, you will love it!

I went to Windsor Bridal today during a peak hour. No one approached me when I walked in the door to tell me to sign in. When I did sign in they told me it would be 20-30 minutes until a consultant could see me. I waited an hour before I went to the desk and complained and there was still one more person ahead of me. When I asked how much longer it would be the lady said that it could be another 10 minutes or so. I left. I had somewhere to be and was told 20 minutes an hour before that. What a waste of a day. Also you can't call ahead of time to make an appointment for yourself. Be sure to have all day if you choose to go there.
