The experience of making wine has always been a bit daunting for me, never knowing exactly what to do and always afraid it wouldn't turn out to be palatable. I have tried to make wine at many different facilities in Toronto and haven't been thrilled with the results. However, at Wine Tradition you always make the perfect batch of wine. The owner, Vito Salemi, has extensive knowledge of the wine making process. From placing your order, to tasting the wine while bottling, the entire experience is an adventure. You can also customize your bottles with personalized labels and choose from a variety of bottle types for special occasions. The shop itself has the ambiance of a wine cellar and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone to make their next batch of wine at Wine Tradition.
