They have great selection of glasses and very helpful in terms of helping you pick out a nice pair, but once you buy glasses you may not get much service after that. I had small cracks in my glasses from the begining but I had waiting a month for them to prepare them, I just lived with it. The galsses became loose over time and I took them in to tighten but it never lasted more than a few days, the cracks got worse over time. In the end the glasses just cracked and fell off my face one day. They could not help me even though they were less than two years old. I just bought another pair from them, and they had them ready for me in a few days which was really great.
