	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. The Yarn Boutique is a great place for first time knitters and veterans alike. The staff is friendly and REALLY helpful. They also have classes in the back. Take in a pattern and you can get advice on what yarn to use or figure out how to do a stitch . . . and they have beautiful, touchable stock. This place is old school and about the knitting -- not like shopping on Queen or in Kensington where its all about the latest fashion trends and you are likely to get a University student who neither cares what you need nor really knows what you are talking about anyway. They just know 'knitting is cool and totally grass roots'. So if you want good product and good help, go to Yarn Boutique. The prices are comparable to anywhere else, and can be pricey for the more exotic items. Remember, you get what you pay for. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
