If your looking to buy stuff this mall offers it with many stores and even a movie cinema. The mall serves up a great location to hang out at the arcade or enjoy food at the Reinforest cafe or the normal cafe with tons of retail stores.

Now to tell you what I dislike about Yorkdale Mall. The location, way to far I have to sit on a bus for 30 minutes just to hang out with my friends. I think they should of made it closer so its more at home, like Dufferin Mall.

Summary, big mall for all your needs even window shopping.

I recommend this place.

All the shops and signs were clearly displayed with professional directories.

I recommend this place.

A huge mall located in North/North-East of Toronto and easily accessible by both public transportation (Yorkdale Subway Station) and car (just off Allen Road south of Highway 401). It has the typical stores which you can find in every other mall, such as Gap, H & M, etc., and it also has some higher end/designer stores such as William Sonama, Boss, and so on. Unlike the Eaton Centre, it has only 1 floor with the exception of a descent food court which is located on a 2nd floor. But still, it's HUGE.
And don't forget to visit the Apple Store and Sony Store here.
The mall has a huge parking lot and half of it is ALWAYS full. A SilverCity is also located right next to the mall.

I recommend this place.

I recommend this place.

It has all your typical chain stores like GAP, Old Navy, H & M, and so forth. My suggestion for the parking lot: don't bother to drive if you don't have to. Take the TTC subway north on the University line and you'll save yourself the headache of looking for a spot.
I recommend this place.

The Rainforest Café is also a great place the bring the kids. Prices are a little higher then some other malls in Toronto but you are paying for style. Yorkdale Mall is also conveniently located along the subway line.
I recommend this place.

I recommend this place.

It has become a very classy mall. it has a large selection of stores. The store include Bata Shoes, le Chateau, The Gap, Old Navy, H&M, The Apple Store, Bluenotes, Fossil, Sears, The Bay, Champs, Foot Locker, etc. It is also has a subway station and bus route that stop right by the mall.
I recommend this place.
