The management at 3000 Yonge just gets worse and worse. I have filed many maintenance requests and not a single one of them has been done, and I've lived here for 6 months! There are roaches in my apartment, and the exterminator they promised two months ago never came. I have to wash everything twice because my kitchen is a roach paradise. It's taken them 4 months to fix one of the building's two elevators. The new superintendent is rude, coarse and completely unhelpful. I would never, ever live here again, I wish I never moved in. AVOID
