7 out of 7 people found this review helpful. I do not recommend renting with CAP Reit at all, they do not care about their tennants. Maintenance is never done, and the buildings do not have any security.

The moment my lease is up I'm getting out of here. It's not worth the $1000/month rental for a one bedroom apartment that comes with various piping and water problems.

An added plus is Horrible management that will lie through their teeth just to get rid of your complains. (example: every week either one or the other maintenance worker will get sick so they cannot carry out maintenance to your apartment because they are short of staff....or....they promise that someone will come to your apartment next week, but no one ever actually comes....or....they came to check the problem but they couldn't find anything....) they continue with these excuses until you get tired of getting them to fix the problem and you just live with it until your lease is up.
I do not recommend this place.
