The staff are very rude and unhelpful, the owner or manager Bob Parr is very rude and unpleasant to be around...unprofessional and it seems like he does not manage his staff very well...A woman names Goldie works at 1 steeles ave east and she does not know what she is talking about when with a customer...dresses very unprofessional and the atmosphere is very cold inside...went in for some help and left within 10 minutes...PLEASE do not go to 1 steeles ave east city optical or any of the locations for that matter I do not recommend this place.
