An excellent location in the heart of the Danforth, this cafe has the potential to be great. Beware however, it seems the owners tend to be specific about who enters their premise. Also, the rude comments and attitude displayed by Mgmt. apply to many of the patrons they attract. This often leads to unprovoked verbal attacks on pedestrians. I pass by this cafe daily. Their are many other great places in the vicinity that I would suggest opening your wallet for. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

Helpful staff but expensive prices. The location in the mall is conveinient. They don't always have the stock for high demand items, but its great for used games and accessories. Check it out.

This store always has a massive variety and selection of PC, console games, DVDs and accessories. I've been going to this store since the early 90's when Sega was new. The staff is always helpful and the store location is convienient. A great place to call if your looking for something specific.

I believe this is the best music store in Toronto for its variety of music gear and store size. They carry sheet music, mics, computer gear, mixing boards, guitars, effects, turntables, keyboards brass, woodwind and every accessory you can buy to go with them. The prices are comparable to anyone and the staff is helpful. The personel here tend to be more "experienced" than most other stores, so you'll get great info but may find some of the staff arrogance amusing. The people who answer the phones could be a little happier :)

A nice location and friendly staff. I recently went in to buy a candle they were out of. The store manager went out of his way to look for another, They didn't have any left so he wrote me a rain check for the following Monday! They have a nice print shop here as well. Photo printing and enlargements.

A decent Can-Tire location. I went in to find an electric blanket and spent half an hour going here and there as I was directed. In the end, I found none and ended up buying one at Zellers. Staff could be more aware of their customers and products. Automotive Dept is good. I go here regularly and have had no problems for 3 years.

Over the last ten years I've seen this store double its prices to at least Wal Mart level and greater, but for used items that often don't work. Many items are now non refundable. I have a notion that this store sells its donations to private buyers due to the lack of useful electronics and toys. However, this outlet has tonnes of clothing. I believe the staff is very nice, although the store is unkept and lacks proper maintenance.

Located in the heart of the Danforth, its surrounded by great shops and restaurants. This post office/office supply shop is a one stop shop located on the North side of the Danforth, West of Chester subway station. As good as any post office service will get, the staff are kind and helpful. I ship and recieve parcels via ebay through this outlet and have always had a positive experience.

The food at Il Fornello is delicious. Any dish seems to satisfy. However, the store hours all seem to fluctuate and vary. I rarely recieve decent service at any Il Fornello in Toronto, with the exception of the Beaches location on Queen St. The last visit I made was to the Danforth location which is not listed anywhere. When my spouse and I entered there was roughly 5 tables occupied. The couple that walked in seconds before us insisted on being seated at a booth, of which there were many. When we also asked for a booth, we were told they were all reserved. This may seem trivial, but its the last visit I made in a series of mishaps at the same location. I highly recommend the food here, but would suggest takeout.

The Wal Mart of music stores in Toronto. The autographed pictures of famous musicians thanking the store is the only evidence that tries to convice me that I'm in the right place. The sales reps are too young to answer my questions. If your a novice buyer, this may work out for you. I think you'd be wasting your money though. There are at least 3 better music stores in GTA and its worth your while to find them.

The theatre is enjoying its 100th anniversary this year. A wonderfully restored theatre that has a very elegant atmosphere. Friendly staff with super bar service considering the numbers of patrons in a 15 minute intermission. The sound and view of the stage is great, be mindful of the upper balcony and its rather steep incline.

My spouse and I waited 45 minutes for an order of pita with hummus, and garlic bread with cheese. By this time I had finished my beer and was not approached or offered a second beverage while I waited. The resaurant was not busy and we were just having an appetizer before a theatre show. We cancelled our food order 10 minutes before the show, and left hungry and disappointed that we chose that stop over all the others that are on the same block. The staff seemed jovial and friendly, but the kitchen service was slow and careless.

A very nice privately owned grocery store. They carry all the essentials, and keep the store in a very tidy state. The staff is very young and they do their best to serve. They carry great specialty items (mustards, chocolate, breads etc.) and run a nice bakery & deli too.

This IGA is very convienient. Located in the heart of Greektown Toronto, it is always open on holidays. The Greeks don't believe in Canadian Holidays. The prices are average and the store is clean. The staff service on the other hand is at a poor level. The cashiers are unfriendly and don't seem to be interested in helping you if you need it. I've asked for items several times that they said they don't carry. Then after searching for alternatives, found the item I was looking for. The guys that stock the shelves are another problem. More than twice have I had them ram my shopping cart with thier skids of product, without an apology or even warning they were near. Also, the reason I'm writing this is that I recently witnessed one employee who looked like he was working hard was being reprimanded in the store in front of customers. Meanwhile, on the other side of the store two other boys were throwing food items, blocks of cheese etc at each other and calling out foul names to each other and laughing about it. A decent store is easily revealed by decent management. This is not one of them.
