We were four people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional dishes. Best Summerlicious experience out of the four restaurants we went to that year. I recommend this place. The service was fine, the food was fine, the decor was fine... just nothing special or interesting. The prix fixe menu which was available was a good deal I suppose, the cold draft down my neck from the air con was a bit annoying. I think you can get much better value for your money elsewhere. 	4 out of 7 people found this review helpful. This place has supposedly been here for 70 years or so and it shows. I think they have forgotten what Chinese food is supposed to be like. We ordered some items for delivery and the food was terrible. I am sure it has a local following but maybe that's just because they are better than Ho Lee Chow. Might consider trying something else but in a city with so many options its hard to justify a second visit when there are so many great places out there. I do not recommend this place. They have unusual takes on things which in this case is not a good thing. Tried it once but that was enough. Yamato's is around the corner which offers much better fare and service. 	2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Located on the western edge of Etobicoke, bordering Mississauga just south of the airport the Prince Japanese Steakhouse is an outstanding restaurant. I would highly recommend a reservation if you are going for lunch, whether you want to sit at a regular table or at one of the three teppanyaki cooking tables. Bento boxes are available at lunch for $12.95/$13.95 which include either chicken, beef, or salmon teriyaki or tonkatsu. Also included is four california rolls, tempura (one shrimp & two veggie [incl. taro which I don't see often]), miso soup (excellent), and salad (best dressing anywhere!). I had one of the bento box dinners which included 3 california rolls, miso soup, salad, beef teriyaki, tempura, rice, and vegetables. A lot of food but the price was on the high side. The tempura was more dough than flaky and included onion of all things. The beef was ok but well covered in goopy sauce. My fellow diners also felt it was nothing special and we all agreed that we would not come back. There is so much great sushi in Toronto so why waste your time in places that are just average. You can also buy whole cakes and there are a few tables inside and out if you want to sit and enjoy your snack there. A little pricey but the quality is also very high. I recommend this place. 	3 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Simply outstanding. Probably the best quality sushi I have had in Toronto. The tuna was just unbelievable. Rolls, sushi, and sashimi were all fantastic. Even the presentation is excellent with great accompanying features. No pink dyed ginger here. Best to order ahead and just pick up on your way home. Waiting took about 15 minutes. Place looks nice and even though it's very open I don't remember it being very noisy. I had a pizza last time I was there which was very good, served on a wood board. 	3 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Good food but I find some of their dishes hit-or-miss. I have only eaten in once and it is very noisy and chaotic. Service still manages to be good overall. Living pretty close made it easy to call in an order and go for take out. You always have to battle your way through the line-up however to get to the pick-up counter. Generous portions at a good price. I would recommend the chicken panang. I recommend this place. 	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. I have used this location twice for my formal rentals, once as groomsman and once as groom. The store is a nice size and has a good selection. Service has been good to excellent (the same cannot be said for their Scarborough main store). Good central location close to the Wellesley subway station. If you pick up your tux on a Friday you don't have to bring it back until the next business day which is Monday. 	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. If there was a rating below poor, maybe a -5 rating, this place would fit the bill. Welcome to the worst dining experience I have ever experienced. The service was absolutely atrocious, the bus-boy provided us better service than our waiter (we actually gave the bus-boy a tip, not the waiter). The food took over 1 hour to arrive by the time our drinks were all long empty. We were never asked if we wanted a refill and we never saw the waiter again after ordering. My dish did not arrive with the others. I had to wait 15-20 minutes more to get my food. When I got my 'french toast' it was soaking wet, basically uncooked French Toast. Sounds good doesn't it? The service was simply outstanding and the suit exceptional. The salesman listened to what I wanted, had great knowledge, made appropriate suggestions and provided all around excellent service. The service can be quick or so slow it seems like time is going backwards. The Piña Colada is excellent as well. So, go NOW! ...and Enjoy some great Mexican food. I recommend this place. The availability of hormone and drug free beef and chicken is great. Their sushi is excellent but one of my favourites is actually the cheapest (and most filling) item on the menu, Oyako-Don (chicken, onion & shitake mushroom stewed in sake with egg, served on a bed of rice). It seems Won, if there ever was such a person, is long gone and if it ever had glory days they left a long time ago as well. I wouldn't even go in there to buy a bag of chips. 	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Murphy's Law is an excellent pub right at the corner of Queen St. E. and Kingston Road. Their beer selection is excellent and their fish and chips above par. Their steak and mushroom pie is great as well. The main floor bar is like any other but the upstairs is where you want to be if you're looking for something a little more quiet. The basement is not great but I think this is a place they use as a last resort. There is also an outdoor patio and I think even one on the roof although I have never been there.
