Good selection, really knowledgeable staff, and child friendly environment. I find their prices are higher than average (I paid $65 for a booster seat I found a month later for $45). Since that experience I've always shopped around a lot more, I ended up buying my expensive stroller elsewhere even though these guys were really helpful because there was nearly $100 difference in the price.

At first it seems like a little jewel, great selection and many of the higher-end baby items at reasonable prices. I've been a few times and sometimes they're wonderful and other times, crabby, kind of like they don't want you to be there. Although I would shop there again, I wouldn't recommend it because I'd feel bad if a friend got bad customer service at a place I suggested.
