New Sky is one of the best restaurants in Chinatown. Authentic Cantonese Cuisine. Some of our favorite dishes: Chicken Hotpot with Ginger, Green Onion, and Chinese mushrooms. Crispy Beef with Orange. Chicken with Eggplant and Garlic. BC Crab. Queen's Steamed Chicken. Hot and Sour Soup. Young Chow Fried Rice. Best Chili Oil I have ever had. I would say the service is usually good.
