DON NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED AT CAPELLI COLORI!! Showed Bernard the color I wanted to dye my hair using his color "swatch" book. My hair didn't even come close to the swatch! He told me that we "are lucky if our hair even gets 80% close to the swatch!" Call me crazy, but wouldn't only 80% be a TOTALLY different color? By the way, the color I wanted was a light brown, I got Orange-blond!! Then he tried to fix it and the top of my hair turned reddish orange and the bottom... green!! He tried to cancel the orange by using an ash green color, so my hair stayed green. He damaged so much that now it's breaking and falling out which has NEVER happened to me before, however he tried to blame it on the previous person who colored my hair. I told him that my previous hairdresser is on MAT Leave so that's why I came here. My hair didn't look as bad in his salon as it did at home, so the next day I returned to try and get my money back or even just half of it to which he adamantly refused and threw me out of the store!! Literally threatened to call the cops on me! My sister said that I should have let him call the cops, they would have come to the salon and seen that my hair is green and demanded Bernard refund my money!!! lol. P.S. I told him that I wanted a trim... he took off 3 INCHES!!! DO NOT GO TO CAPELLI COLORI!!!
