I bought a pair of spanx and opened the package to look at them and realized they were the wrong ones. when I brought them back to the store the lady said she could not exchange them for me because I had taken them out of the package. This customer service is horrible. It says exchange only, so why couldn't I exchange them. She just kept saying because the package is opened. I will never shop at any LEGS BEAUTIFUL.
