8 out of 11 people found this review helpful. I used to be a regular customer up until this past weekend. My boyfriend and I went to the Richmond & John location on Friday evening for dinner and drinks. Our waitress did not ask if we needed drinks or refills. One of our meals was wrong and so I had to eat slowly while waiting for the correct meal to be brought. At this point we were pissed b/c we couldn't eat together and the waitress never came back to our table to see if we were okay or if we needed any drinks etc. We spoke w/manager and he was great!
At the Queensway location, the bar was practically empty. We told the waitress that we were in a rush b/c we were going to a movie. We ordered our drinks and asked for the bill at the same time. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks which we had to go and ask for. My boyfriend ordered his usual, Appleton dark on the rocks. She brought white rum instead. When my boyfriend pointed out to her that it was the wrong rum she argued w/him and said they did not carry dark Appleton. He told her that Milestone's does carry it and we can see it at the bar. She went and brought a glass and the bottle to our table and just poured the drink w/out measuring and took the lime and straw from the wrong drink and placed in the new one. Now what if he was allergic to the white rum or something like that? How could she just switch things from one glass to another? She did all this in a huff and puff with lots of attitude. We called the manager and complained, I don't think he really cared too much about our complaints. I don't know what is going on with customer service at Milestone's but if they want repeat customers, they are going about it in the wrong way. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
