Absolutely terrible management. In the year I lived at 3000, here's a small sampling of what happened: -The building went through five different superintendents. -One of the two elevators was out of commission for months and both are frequently out of service. Elderly tenants have to sit in the lobby for hours at a time because of this. -Incompetent, combative head office The final straw were the cockroaches. I do not recommend this place.
