Food-wise, it was pretty good. I had the soup - a carrot and orange mixture that was very tastey and just the right thickness. For the main course, I had the fish of the day. It was cooked to perfection, not too cooked and still firm but soft. My issue with this restaurant is with customer service. I made a reservation for four. We were seated right next to the door and every time someone walked in to the restaurant, we unfortunately got the cold draft. The waiter was nice, but the restaurant was packed and because we were close to the door, a group of four was standing not two feet from our table, waiting for a table. They stood there for about an hour, with their behinds facing us and one of the couples were copping a feel once in a while - it's definitely an appetite killer from my angle of view. I guess they were frustrated with waiting and asked the waiter when they would be seated. The waiter then pointed out our table to them. At which point, one of the slightly (or more so) inebriated waiting male guests walked up to us and sarcastically told us to leave so they can finally have their dinner. The fact that the waiter pointed us out to waiting guests was absolutely rude. Especially when we spent $40-50 and more each on our dinners. I would never recommend this restaurant to others. The food was fine, but for this amount of money, Toronto has numerous restaraunts with just as good food but much better service. Dine at your own risk. I do not recommend this place.
