I currently live in a townhouse managed by Wynn Family Properties and must say that they're business ethics are very poor. The place is in a state of disrepair not to mention that it is overrun by unwanted critters. They do not follow the laws set by the Landlord and Tenant board. Although cheap in price, it makes a person wonder if it is worth all the trouble. Their staff is extremely rude and have no customer service skills. I have witnessed staff openly swearing with children nearby. Lesson learned! Would never recommend this company to anyone, if anything would warn anyone not to do business with them.
