	1 out of 5 people found this review helpful. I have been extremely happy with the work of the staff at Hair by Nature. Christina Robson has been my stylist for several years, and I have never experienced anything other than friendly, professional service. This has never happened, but if I were unhappy with my cut or colour, I would tell her so, in person, at the time it occurred. I know she would do anything she could to make things right. She is a professional, after all, and she wants repeat business. As a consumer, it is my right to demand good quality services for my money. I certainly would not pay full price for something I didn't like. The unhappy client who posted the negative review should get a backbone and learn to stand up for herself when it counts, not slag someone anonymously online. I recommend this place.
