	5 out of 14 people found this review helpful. Wow, I am on my way to the store from Pickering and I call to check to see if the books i need is in stock. I am still in shock as I turn around and head of to Chapters instead. The guy that answered the phone was sarcastic and rude.I mean at one point when I asked for clarification of the suggestions he made he was anoyed that he had to repeat himself and actually made reference to that.
