Wendy cut my hair. It was my first time going to any salon (I usually go to first choice, get something mediocre and don't cut my hair again for a couple of years). I brought a picture and rather than just copy it, she listened to me and we worked out what I wanted. She also gave me advice about my colour and styling products. When it was finished, she styled it, and it looked pretty scary, but when I got it home and styled it myself it was perfect. If I knew I was going to love it this much I'd have tipped more. Really good experience. I'd go back.
