July 2008 arranged for a 845 am pickup at the Cambridge Suites Hotel for my family to the airport. Flat fee of $53 was established in advanced. Driver charged a "waiting fee" of $17 because we had to put the carseats in! We still arrived at the Toronto Pearson at 930am. Contacted the taxi company by fax and by mail - no response. $17 no big deal to me - but the principle of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Poor customer service.
