Cheap house pints ($3.75), a couple of pool tables. Open mic night on Wednesdays. Usually gets a university crowd in. Not a bad place for a quiet beer and game of pool.

Very tasty menu of chinese food at excellent prices. Good sized portions especially the fried rice. Service is friendly and dishes are prepared fairly quickly. Kung Pao beef or chicken is good.

Great selection of asian dishes here, japanese, chinese, thai & korean. Quality of food is very good, however beware of the chilli sauce, especially if you add too much to the yummy chilli chicken dish. Prices are great, can get a hearty meal for two for less than $20. Service is fast and friendly. Nice atmosphere in restraunt, however take is out available too.

A great place to go if your really hungry, you can eat as much as you want for $10 to $15 depending on what time you go. It would be a good idea to make a reservation if going on a Friday or Saturday night because there is usually a big line up. This restraunt is owned by the same people as the Korean Grill house on Queen st W, so the menu and service is identical. Personaly I like the layout and atmosphere in this one better than the Queen st venue. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

The atmosphere at hoops is uplifting and happy. Its kind of like going back in time to the mid 80's or 90's with all the decor and pictures. Service is prompt and friendly. There are 2 pool tables inside the smoking room, which seems to get pretty packed with people.

An excellent teriyaki restruant. The place is very clean and has nice oriental atmosphere. You get seated in a group around one of many large indoor bbq's, and then a chef comes and cooks you meal for you while you watch. Quality of the good is great and service is very professional.

Classy place to go out for dinner and have a game of pool. Tables are good quality and are hired out by the hour, so on Fri and Sat night you need to get there early to avoid waiting. The food is excellent here, lots of authentic Italian dishes.

Great pub for a night out having a few drinks and game of pool or two. There are plenty of dining booths if you want to grab a bite to eat. The menu has some very tasty items and the portions are sufficeint. There are 2 levels, a smoking room, and an outdoor patio. Sat nights there is a DJ playing. Seems to get a good crowd there.

The quality of the pizza's at Mamma's Pizza is great compared to a lot of the other take-away pizza places out there. Most of the pizza's come on a thin base so you can really taste the topping, not just the bread. The inhouse topping combinations are pretty tasty, however you can also make your own too. Slightly more pricey than Pizza Pizza, but well worth it if you want a good slice of pizza.

This place is awesome. All you can eat for less than $15, there is an early bird and late night special too. Basically you get a table with a round submerged gas bbq grill in the middle. The waiter will bring you 5-8 plates of raw meats (beef, chicken, pork, lamb, fish, calamari) etc. You then cook the meat to your liking on the BBQ and then eat it. When you run out of one particular dish, the waiter will bring you another. The standard all you can eat meal includes rice and soup and an assortment of entrees. Its a fantastic time out and it gives you something to do and talk about while sitting down for a meal. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
