The most horrifying hairdressing experience I have ever had. I have gone to darken my blonde hair slightly to a ashier shade to match my natural colour in order to grow it out. At first my hair got dyed a red colour. after realizing her mistaked, my civello 'professional' dyed it again a chestnut brown... then highlighted my whole head to cover up for the now TWO mistakes-after which she dyed it again to lessen the contrast between the blonde highlights and chestnut brown base. The hair that took about a year and a half to grown my desired length now had to be cut off because its too damaged after four dye jobs in one day. It is still the wrong colour. I was forced to pay for all of the work done on my hair and haven't received as much as a single call back from the managed to remedy the damage done.
